Specific Installation Process

1. The installation of the camping shelter’s frame-it takes half an hour

We are divided into 2 groups, each group is guided by one person with drawings, and other colleagues cooperate with the installation. The first group is installed in a clockwise direction, and the second group is installed in a counterclockwise direction. After installing the first layer, check whether the steel pipe is correct according to the installation instructions and drawings. Then install the remaining parts in the same way.

2. The thermal insulation cotton of thedome shaped -it takes 10 minutes

The installation of insulation cotton is relatively simple. Let’s find the location of the door first. Pull the thermal insulation cotton back from the door position to cover the dome frame with the thermal insulation cotton at once.

3. The installation of PVC membrane cloth-it takes half an hour

We made an error during the installation of the PVC membrane cloth, so the installation of the membrane cloth took a lot of time (the other reason is that we do not have a crane, the PVC membrane cloth is relatively heavy, and our team has more ladies). Our colleague did not climb to the frame of the dome for the first installation, so we could not transfer the PVC membrane to the top as soon as possible. For the second installation, we arranged for colleagues to pass on the top of the dome, and arranged for colleagues to pass the membrane cloth on the second layer of the dome, and the remaining colleagues passed the membrane cloth up below. We just covered it with the membrane cloth.

4. Installation of the lining-it takes 1 hour

The installation of the lining must first find the fixed points, and then use steel clips and screw caps to snap in each node.

5. Installation of solar exhaust fan and electric sunroof-it takes half an hour

We are divided into two groups to install solar exhaust fans and electric sunroofs. The solar exhaust fan is directly stuck in, and finally it is stuck with glass glue. The electric sunroof is hung up with a rope first, and then fixed with screws.

6. Installation of curtains-takes 15 minutes

Fix the curtain track on the frame first, and then hang the curtain on it.

7. Installation of the door-it takes half an hour

First snap the door into the door frame, then fix it with screws, then press the membrane cloth on the door with aluminum strips on the periphery of the door, and then reduce the excess membrane cloth, the door will be more beautiful.
